Dear
Laurie,
Your book made a huge difference to us. Thank you so much for spending
the time to write such a thorough book. You'll never know how helpful
it was for me to have an active part in fighting Gilligan's cancer, and
your book gave me ideas and made me feel like I had hope.
You are a
wonderful person to make that effort and try to make a difference for
people like me who feel hopeless in the face of a terrible disease.
Gilligan also sends a belated thanks... without your book, he would not
have started eating beef, shredded chicken, and veggies at EVERY
meal! He loved his new diet the last few months.
Much thanks,
Sondra

We are
starting treatment for our boy, Alex, a beautiful 5-year-old
doberman who was diagnosed yesterday with lymphoma. He is
still very healthy, but after researching the disease and speaking with
our vet, we were going to put him to sleep.
Then I read
Bullet's story and have renewed hope. My wife says that two
lives have been given a second chance, Alex's and hers, as their lives
are of each other. We pray his treatment will be as
successful as Bullet's.
With Love, Gary, Eun Mi and Alex Hopps
